As a photographer, I have always been a fan of Canon cameras. I currently run an EOS 90D, which I absolutely love. The image quality and performance of this camera are top-notch, and it has become my go-to for all kinds of photography.
One of the things I love about the EOS 90D is the versatility it offers. With a wide range of lenses and filters at my disposal, I can tackle just about any type of photography. My go-to lenses for the EOS 90D are the 18-35mm f2.8, the 70-200mm f2.8, and the 35mm f1.4. All of these lenses are Canon glass, and they have served me well over the years.
The 18-35mm f2.8 is a great all-around lens that is perfect for landscape and architectural photography. The wide-angle perspective allows me to capture a lot of detail in a single frame, and the f2.8 aperture is great for low-light shooting.
The 70-200mm f2.8 is a telephoto lens that is perfect for portraits and sports photography. The long focal length allows me to get close to the action, and the f2.8 aperture is great for isolating my subject and creating beautiful bokeh.
Finally, the 35mm f1.4 is a prime lens that is perfect for street and documentary photography. The wide aperture allows me to shoot in low light and create beautiful depth of field, and the 35mm focal length is great for capturing candid moments.
Overall, I am very happy with my Canon EOS 90D and the lenses and filters I use with it. Whether I’m shooting landscapes, portraits, or anything in between, this camera and lens combination has proven to be a reliable and versatile tool for capturing stunning images.
R3 - One day
I have always had an eye on the latest and greatest equipment. Recently, I have been coveting the Canon R3, a full-frame mirrorless camera that has been getting a lot of buzz in the photography world.
The Canon R3 has a lot of features that make it an attractive camera for photographers. It has a high-resolution image sensor, fast autofocus, and impressive video capabilities, all of which make it a versatile tool for a wide range of photography styles.
Unfortunately, my budget does not agree with my desire to own an R3. As much as I would love to add this camera to my arsenal, I simply cannot justify the cost at this time.
So, for now, I will have to content myself with my current camera and lenses and save up for a future upgrade. In the meantime, I will continue to learn and grow as a photographer, and I am confident that the equipment I have will serve me well.
While it can be frustrating to have to hold off on purchasing a new camera, I know that the most important factor in capturing great photos is not the camera itself, but the person behind the lens. With time and practice, I am confident that I will be able to create beautiful images no matter what equipment I have.
